Note Keep your installation CD in a safe location, so that you can reinstall

the operating system, if necessary.

c. (Optional) Click Release Notes or press Alt-R to view the technical

information related to this release of Cisco Linux.

Note Although the window indicates that the installation is complete (see

Figure 2-3 for an example of this window), you still must complete

several more tasks before you can proceed to the Cisco IPICS server

software installation. The remaining steps in this section describe the

process of configuring the Cisco Linux operating system.

d. To close the window and reboot the server, click Exit or press Alt-E.
